What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your ID, insurance card if you have one, and a list of any current medications. If you're coming in for an orthodontic consultation, no referral is needed.
Do you accept my insurance, or is there a payment plan if I don't have coverage?
We work with PPO insurance and also offer in-house payment plans without a credit check, plus 0% financing. Call and our team can check your specific coverage before your visit.
